Andrew K. Klatt
Partner, Chief Financial Officer

Andy has served as chief financial officer for CLS since its inception and has been chief financial officer of the Charter Ventures family of funds since 1998.

Previously, Andy spent 13 years as chief financial officer for the Mayfield funds, where he was responsible for the financial and administrative management of more than 20 venture capital partnerships with a total committed capital of more than $700 million.

In addition to his venture capital experience, Andy has served as the interim chief financial officer for several early stage venture backed companies. Andy is a certified public accountant. He previously served as a divisional controller with Intel and as an audit staff member with Arthur Anderson & Co.

Andy holds a BS in accounting and finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
